加强泵站管理，提高抗旱效率

为了可以全面做好三川地区抗旱春灌工作，民和回族土族自治县水务局官亭泵站针对今年持续不断的旱情采取积极措施，从而确保农业生产可以稳步增长。

由于今年降水量减少的缘故，西南地区面临大面积干旱，同时全国大部分省市大风扬沙的天气逐渐增多，并且河水蒸发量加大，黄河来水与往年同期相比大量减少，导致不能够满足官亭泵站水轮泵和高压提灌站的正常运转，最终致使三川地区2.6万亩农田无法灌溉。
